Additional registration information
Accommodation
Please complete the accommodation section on the registration form. These rates are only available if your booking is made through the Conference Organisers. A minimum deposit of NZ$100 must accompany bookings. Accommodation will be allocated on a first come first served basis and may result in an overflow to other motels in a similar tariff range and location. Please advise the Conference Organisers of any changes and not the hotel directly. The balance of the account is to be settled with the hotel by the delegate on departure. Confirmation of your hotel booking will be included on your receipt. Alternative accommodation options can be found on http://www.hawkesbaynz.com/accommodation.
Travel
Delegates are free to make their own travel arrangements to Hawke’s Bay, whether by air or vehicle. The Hawke’s Bay Airport is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Conference Accommodation and Conference Venue. If you require a rental car this needs to be pre-booked direct with the relevant rental company.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of Registration Fees less administration fee NZ$45 + GST will be made for cancellations received in writing by 15 February 2006. Refunds after that date will be at the discretion of the organising committee. No accommodation deposits will be refunded due to hotel policies.
